The Automotive Systems Laboratory provides engine testing facilities and workshop space to support practical and experimental work in the area of automotive engineering.
The Communications and Electronics Laboratory houses radio frequency and fibre-optic transmitter and receiver trainers, signal processing modules, feedback consoles and communications trainers.
The Innovative Product Design Centre provides state-of-the-art computer controlled machine-tools for operations such as rapid-prototyping, advanced milling, co-ordinate measurement, and spark erosion.

Through our partnership arrangements with the Defence College of Aeronautics Engineering in Cosford, our students have access to the world leading facilities of the Royal Air Force (RAF) and may spend up to two weeks in the prestigiously equipped facilities in the first year of their engineering course.
