Developmental Work and research activity

Ron's research interests relate to Education Management; specifically occupational motivation and staff morale in secondary schools. He is also looking at the wider socio-political context of secondary education with particular focus on Design and Technology.

Current development and research projects

  • EdD Thesis, Design and Technology: A case study investigating the perceived disparity between the importance statement contained in the National Curriculum and the 'reality' of classroom provision.
