Degree Show celebrates 50 years of creativity in Wolverhampton School of Art

04/06/2019

The staff and students from the University of Wolverhampton Faculty of Arts would like to invite you to join us for the Private View of the exhibition of student work on Friday 7th June, from 5:30pm - 8:30pm at The Wolverhampton School of Art.

Each year, students from the University of Wolverhampton's Faculty of Arts celebrate their time at the University by showcasing their work to local schools, colleges, businesses and the wider public in an annual Degree Show.

This year, we are opening our Degree Show with the exhibition: The Quiet Town of Tipton by Mahtab Hussain. Mahtab Hussain collaborated with Muslim residents in Tipton to make a series of photographic portraits of people after the impact of the Tipton Bomb on 12 July 2013.

Attendance is free but space is limited so pre-booking is essential. You can book to attend the event here.

If you have any queries, please email arts@wlv.ac.uk or telephone 01902 322898
