Welcome to the IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk are here to support staff and students with their digital and IT related queries.

Please contact us by emailing itsupport@wlv.ac.uk or via the online portal (under the current cicumstances we are unable to take support calls by phone.)

We are available to respond to your online queries at the following times:

Opening Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (May - October 2020)

Your request for support will be logged automatically and you will receive an automated email which includes your reference number that looks like this: INC1234567. If you have further information to provide or an update following your original email, please can you reply to the automated email containing your INC number, as this will ensure that any update or information is contained within one service desk reference for an efficient resolution of your query.
