Library Information for Burton Students

  • You can request for print books to be delivered to Burton MEC for collection. To do this, please contact us using the Ask the Library web form with the details of the item you would like to have shipped and this can be arranged for you.
  • You can use the Library Self-service Kiosk, located in room 5526 to issue any books that you have requested. You will need your ID card when collecting books to issue  items to your account.
  • You can also use the Self-Service Kiosk to return item items you have borrowed.
  • You can get remote support from our library team via Library Assist: Chat, which is available 24/7, supported outside of our regular staffed hours by external librarians.
  • You can also request in-depth support from our Skills for Learning teams who offer remote support appointments and workshops and can arrange for face-to-face appointments on request. Visit wlv.ac.uk/skills for more information.
