The Gateway Team have been recognised for the quality of their information advice and guidance by achieving MATRIX accreditation: "the unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals". The MATRIX award also covers our regional learning centres based in Telford and Stafford.

The Access and Outreach Team visit schools and colleges to provide workshops and presentations on all aspects of applying to University and the student experience.
