ASK@WLV is the first point of contact for all student queries and can be accessed any time online and over the phone or on-campus, Monday to Friday. We can help you access wellbeing support services, complete your enrolment and module registration, and understand your course's rules and regulations. Our friendly and knowledgeable team of advisors are here to help you get the support you need to make the most out of your time at University.

You can log a helpcall or review the Frequently Asked Questions on e:Vision for support 24/7.

Alternatively, you can visit the team in person or call on 01902 518518, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

 However, please note that it is extremely busy over the lunch period (12 - 2pm) when there are reduced staffing levels. You will need to have your student ID number and listen carefully to the options.
